Project inquiries

When you submit a project inquiry, we store the contact information and project details you provide so our authorized administrators can review and respond to your request. The form asks for your permission to contact you. Please do not send passwords, access tokens or confidential credentials.

Inquiries are kept in protected server-side storage, not in public website files. When email notifications are enabled, Gmail is used to notify the team. Inquiry contact permission is separate from optional analytics consent.

Essential website functions

Security and form processing use a session cookie, anti-forgery tokens and limited technical information, such as IP addresses for abuse prevention. Our hosting service may keep access and error logs for operation and security. Your cookie choice is stored in your browser for up to 180 days. These essential functions remain available if you reject analytics.

Optional analytics and session insights

Only after you choose “Accept analytics”, Google Tag Manager loads Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity. Analytics helps us understand public-page visits and successful inquiry submissions. Clarity helps us improve usability through interactions, heatmaps and masked session recordings. These services may use cookies and process device, browser, interaction and connection information.

We do not send submitted names, email addresses, companies, project descriptions, inquiry references or chat text as analytics events. The admin dashboard has no analytics tags. Form content and chat transcripts are masked for Clarity; strict text masking is enabled. Advertising consent remains denied.

We use Microsoft Clarity to understand website interactions through behavioral metrics, heatmaps and session replay. Clarity can use first- and third-party cookies and other technologies to measure content popularity and activity. Microsoft may also use collected data for its own purposes, as explained in the Microsoft Privacy Statement. See also Google’s Privacy Policy.

Change your choice

Use “Cookie preferences” in the footer at any time. Choosing “Essential only” stops optional measurement, clears our first-party analytics cookies and reloads the page if tracking was already running. Withdrawing consent does not automatically delete data already processed by the providers.
